The 10th and June 11th will be held in Madrid in the final of the contest "Golden Nose" which rewards the best sommeliers and the best wines in Spain.

Six semi-finals in Oviedo, Sevilla, Alicante, Madrid, Barcelona and San Sebastian and more than 400 participants from around the country, the national final of the Golden Nose arrive in Madrid on 10 and June 11. The best sommeliers of each call will compete for the award tuning, more than ever, their noses to five alcoholic drinks. A jury of wine experts will evaluate the performance of sommeliers and choose only one, the one whose nose worthy to become Golden Nose 2010.

The jury also scored wines to choose the best wines of Spain. Each year, honored three wines from more than 100 sommeliers tasted by two rounds held during the two days that lasts the National Final. Those chosen will receive the prestigious Golden Nose Awards for Best Wine of Spain. And this is where Vega Moragona be present.

In the semifinal held in Barcelona selected among the best red wines with more than 9 months of aging the reserve Moragona Vega 2005 "High Selection". Thus, this gem of Bodegas La Magdalena, has been selected for the National Final of the best wines of Spain, to be held in Madrid.

According to the Manager of the D.O. "Ribera del Júcar" Juancho Villahermosa, acknowledges that "valuing a reserve wine has even more merit, as the reserve wines are the top of the range wines are complex, very complete and with many nuances."
