WINE dissemination of culture

Recently there has been a course tasting our warehouse facility for our partners. The content of the program consisted of two modules, one theory which have administrative rules affecting the present and the main aspects of the vinification of different types of wine and the maturing and aging. As for the practical module has learned to recognize the different flavors, aromas, tasting sheets to make the classification of the wines in their organoleptic analysis, from traditional to special wines such as sherry and sparkling through the new trends such as carbonic maceration , medium-aged red wines, fermentation in barrel, etc.. The tasting course has been taught by the winemaker Javier Ocon
